Prospects shall be deemed qualified provided they meet the following criteria:

• Travelers must be between the ages of 25 and 65 year old.
• If married, both husband and wife must travel together and have a minimum combined annual income of $40,000.00 USD and possess one major credit card. Both must speak either fluent English or Spanish. Must be US resident.
• If Single, must be at least 25 years old and have an individual minimum annual income of $50,000.00 USD and possess one major credit card.
• Travelers must be employed or self employed.
• If a family is separated and booked like 2 separate reservation and the OCVC is not notified, it will be counted as a “Non Qualified Prospect”.
• All travelers must be willing to take orientation and spend a minimum of 90 minutes in the OCVC presentation. If thr guest does not accept to do so, then the guest will have to pay OMNI $ 80.00 USD per night per person, regardless of their age.
• All reservation should be requested for the same family booking quenelles as one family is considered NQ (Not Qualified) and reservation might be denied.
• All the reservations made are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for services. If found, these case will be considered as Not Qualified Prospect.
• If a traveler is retired, is a hotel employee, airline employee or a travel agent he / she does not qualify.
