Omni hotels features a frequent-stayer program called the “Omni Select Guest Program™”. 1st level membership is complementary and includes morning beverage service, frequent flyer miles per qualifing stay, express check in and out, and records of personal preferences are kept. After 6 stays in any 2 year period a member is automatically upgraded to Select Guest Gold™ status, which includes guaranteed late check out of 5pm. Also, as long as it is not over a black out date (a date the hotel is expected to be overful from a large convention or holiday), and a gold member calls before 4 pm the day before, they are guaranteed a room. After the first stay as a Select Guest™, Once upgraded to Select Guest Gold™, and every 6 stays there after, A set of certificates often including 50% off and/or a complementary upgrade are sent out.
