Oasis Viva, formerly the Calinda Viva, is located in the heart of the hotel zone, 30 minutes from Cancun international airport and 20 minutes from downtown. Due to its great location, this resort is steps away from the major shopping malls, the Cancun Convention Center and a great variety of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
For your dining pleasure, Oasis Viva offers our main restaurant, La Fuente, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner service. Guests may also enjoy delicious Italian specialties for dinner at Trattoria Bolzano. Enjoy casual fare and beautiful views of our landscaped gardens, pool and ocean at our snack bar. We invite you to enjoy your favorite tropical drink while relaxing in our beach bar or sip evening cocktails in a more sophisticated atmosphere at our Lobby bar.
With the breathtaking vistas of turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean, our beach offers a unique setting. The combination of white, powdery sand along with tranquil waters creates a great, family-friendly beach. Huts, lounge chairs and towel service are available. The beautifully landscaped pool area offers plenty of room to enjoy the sun plus a special area for children. Besides our beautiful beach and pool areas, our guests will be able to enjoy a fully-equipped marina with water sports equipment rental, a fitness center, two lighted tennis courts plus a car rental and travel agency conveniently located in the lobby.

Effective December 18, 2004, the Oasis Viva will no longer offer the European Plan, which includes the room only, and will be exclusively an all inclusive property. Our all inclusive package includes all meals and drinks, non-motorized water sports, children’s club, tennis, theme parties and all activities by the Animation Team.

Spring Break Policy: Oasis Cancun and Oasis Beach are the only Oasis Resorts which accept student travelers (“spring breakers”). RESERVATIONS FOR STUDENT TRAVELERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AT THE OASIS VIVA.

Oasis Viva offers 210 well-appointed spacious and comfortable guestrooms. Standard room amenities include private bath with hairdryer, air conditioning, color cable TV with remote control, direct dial telephone plus mini-bar. The majority of our rooms feature an ocean view and most are equipped with a terrace or balcony.
