What a wonderful experience! Second time staying at the JW. Last November and now! Everything is way beyond expectations!

Hotel is beautiful. Staff is sensational. Service was outstanding!

Craving the bear claws from the pastry shop! Ate at LaCapilla next door. Best filet we ever had! Enjoyed everything! Had the “Kids under 12 eat free” . This was a good choice since they don’t eat much like most kids. Breakfast buffet was over the top!! Even had “Smoothies” to drink! Family members had a grand time and we can’t wait to go back. Why would anyone want to stay somewhere else? Daughter and I were offered a 10 min. free massage by the pool! All I can say is….Keep up the good work! Best place I have ever stayed.
