Balconies available upon request and subject to availability at check-in.

Special Notes: Rate includes roundtrip airport transfers. Reservation holders must contact the hotel directly to obtain transfer voucher at cancunshuttle@hotelessolaris.com a minimum of five (5) days prior to arrival. Please be sure to include the hotel’s confirmation number and the number of passengers in addition to the flight information including origin of flight, flight numbers and arrival and departure times. Only those passengers with a voucher are eligible to receive the transfer service.
